My name is Jesselyn (I have no middle name!), I’m a photographer with over a decade of experience with a true passion for capturing people and moments as they are.

I spent two years studying Graphic Design and Marketing at Ferris State University. I then transferred to Central Michigan University, to pursue my interest in Entrepreneurship. It was CMU which I took an intro to photography class which led me to buy my first DSLR. My professor was supportive which strengthened my passion for creating, documenting, and improving my skills.

During my Sales internship, a business owner encouraged me to turn my interest into a business—and in 2012, I launched my own photography LLC. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to providing high-quality, true-to-life images, and an experience that is enjoyable.

Whether I’m documenting a wedding, capturing candid family moments, or telling the story of your brand, my approach is rooted in authenticity, color-true editing, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my partner and our two cats. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, attending local events, markets, and theater performances. I am a fan of arts and crafts, working out, reading (especially free library books!), movies, and video games.

I put my heart into everything I do whether I’m creating, capturing, planning, or writing. I am always so honored whenever someone allows me to capture or cultivate their story.
